First off i got Logitech X-530 5.1 while i love the sound i get from them they are being wasted as they are now because the wires are to short to move them far and my desk is far to small for a 5.1 setup.
I take it having them all so close to each other will distort the sound? Yes i know extremely little about how speakers and sound works in general.
Also im after a new sound card around the £80 mark i was going to get a creative sound blaster X-Fi titanium fatal1ty pro but after reading all the bad press about creative and how people praise the Asus xonar range im chaning my mind, thing is thou which asus xonar?
If it helps i listen to rock mainly and what is being called as nu-metal.
I feel in love with getting the best sound i could after moving from a laptop with a very tinny sound speakers to my newest pc with the 5.1 setup, it just sounds so much better. Hoping to improve it even further.
