Converting videos to add to iTunes library

Hello all,

I have a bunch of videos I'd like to convert and add to my iTunes library so I can stream them via Apple TV. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good and easy to use converter? I did a quick google search and found a few online, but wanted to check here first before I started downloading things left and right.

As always, I sincerely appreciate the help and recommendations!

On that list... Super would be my recommendation. Have used it a lot and it works perfectly. You could also check out Handbrake.
