convert to 3gp video format

I am trying to figure out how to convert video files to the 3gp format (to put them on my Razr). Also, I need to find a way to make them smaller (as in resolution). I think 3gp is quicktime, but I'm not sure. Thanks for your help.

Download SUPER 2006 freeware on the right. You convert virtually any video file into any other video file, and configure advanced options such as video size, frame rate, video & audio bitrate, audio, channels and audio frequencies.

I use it to convert MPEG, AVI and WMV videos to 3GP for my Nokia 6230i.

Thanks for your help, that program is exactly what I need. When you're using it, though, do the drop-down menus show up? For me only the outline is visible and this obviously makes the program hard to use.
