Computer wont open any MP3 Player or Media Player all of a sudden?

Hi all, a while ago, Rhapsody music player stopped working. I would go to open it and it would start to open but give me an error message that "an error occured". So Now every MP3 player I have wont open. This includes "MP3 Boss" "Windows Media Player" Winamp and EmoDio. Emo Dio came with my new Samsung MP3 player but it wont start, it just gives me an error message. Here is a list of the details of the error messages, Can you guys help me out?

Heres some info from when Winamp doesnt open:
