Computer speakerphone??

is it possible and if so what do i need to do to be able to answer a call on my computer and then participate in a phone conference. I need to be at my computer for this and do not have another speakerphone. Is this feasible? Any help is appreciated asap. Thanks

yes it is possible.
You may want to check some products out by trying out demos.
It depends on your use.
Try going to www.download.com
Try out some phone conference demos, phone catcher etc.

What about Cell phones? I am trying to take the Hands-Free adaptors and turn them into audio cables to a mic/speaker line but I'm having a terrible time...is there any way to get your cell phone conversations to "sound" through the computer? has anyone heard of this type of hardware/adapter????
