Is there any way to delete audio from a CD, like if it has music on it and you want to delete it is there any way?

yes. you can't delete anything from a CD-R. whatever is burned on it, stays. however, you can add to a CD-R, if you create a session each time you burn and don't close the disk.

closing the disk basically means to finalize it.

CD-R and CD-RW makes a world of difference but since you have a CD-R..Nope can't delete anything.

if u burn a bin file from a cue file can u choose not to finalize it?
and also if i finalize a cd-rw i wont be able to add to it but would i be able ot format the cd?

i don't think you can do the first one. however, if your purpose is to add more files to the bin file, you can do that by opening it in WinRar and adding the files and resaving it as bin.
for the second one, yes you can erase the disc. when you erase it it's completely reusable with full capacity.
