I got a cd rom and a dvd rom installed into my computer by a friend. For some reason, the cd rom doesn't work and the dvd rom can't be open. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? A second problem is whenever windows starts up, an error msg appears, saying "at least one service or driver failed during system start up. Use event viewer to examine the event log for details". How do I fix it? Thanks in advance!
