Camtasia Studio 6

Hi guys! For some reason, I can't record audio with Camtasia Studio. I've followed instructions from a couple of YouTube videos, but for some reason "Stereo Mix" is unavailable, but I can still enable it. Does anyone know the problem?

Additional Information - I use a sound system and my default is my mic (for recording). For playback, my default is the speaker system.
