Best Speakers For The Price

I use my computer for gaming, listening to music and watching movies online. I need some good speakers, but I don't want to pay alot of money for them. I am willing to spend $100 or so, if necessary. What are the best speakers for the price?

I heard the Logitech X-230 is worth every penny. And it's only about $50.
