Audio Recording

Hi

This may seem either simple or completely ridiculous to you guys but here goes:

Does anyone know of any software/program that can record the audio from a training CD_ROM to MP3 format. What I mean is this, Ive got a traing Cd which involves me watching it and being taught by some guy talking to me via on-screen video. What im asking is, is it possible to record what this guy is saying to then palyback, via MP3 player, when Im travelling?

basically records any sound coming out of your computer if thats what you need?

Also you can use NERO Wave Editor, it will record anything that is being played on your PC and you can save it to many formats. (MP3/WAV/WMA).

Also....Adobe Audition, they even have a trial version at www.adobe.com do a search for "product tryout", and then download it.
