Any .avi converters that can resize videos?

Hi guys, my MP4 player plays videos at 220x176, and I'm having trouble finding a .flv and .mpeg to .avi converter that allows you to resize videos to the mentioned resolution for FREE. All of them either require money, or only convert 50% of the video

It would be great if you have any suggestions/recommendations for me. Thanks !!

Yes super is pretty good. I personally don't like the fact that you can't select two pass encoding, it also has a few other limitations. But yes, super is simple and easy to use...no need to pay for other programs that can't do as much and suck at doing it.
