Which 5.1 speakers are better?

I'm looking at getting the logitech x-530 or x-540. I just want to purchase speakers in the price range of those speakers. Which ones are better? Would it be worth spending a little extra and getting the x-540? They basically have the same specs. Let me know what you think.
