5.1 set for my xbox 360/computer

Ok guys im looking for a new 5.1 set to replace my old creative p7800 set that ive been dissapointed with for awhile now, and the three I've read the most about are the logitechs. The three im deciding between are the

G51
Z-5300e
and the x 530s

these are all in my price range and im wondering if anybodys had expeirnece with any of them and how well they faired.

Also are the x540s pretty much gahbage?

Ok I bought the x 530 and im wondering if its possible to hook it up to my 360 AND my pc a the same time
