Multi-thousand dollar professional 1080p film cameras record at 24fps. 24fps is where it's at Maybe there is a reason for 60fps i am un aware of. But because the best cameras record at 24fps, you will struggle to find video's.

So even if you could record at 60FPS there is no device out there that can playback that fast. AS a TV will only display what i posted above.
