I am trying to install the following:
Kofax ascent 7.5 on scan station -fujitisu m4097D using an adaptec 2930lp scsi card on Windows XP
Are there any special steps I need to take when installing this scsi card? Do I need additional drivers such as ISIS or twain drivers? I can't seem to find anything on either kofax website or fujistu as this scanner is old. We are only using this scanner as a Disaster recovery.
What are the sequence of events - ie install isis drivers first, then adaptec, then ascent?
we can't seem to get any communication with the scanner and software.- is there any scanning software we can use to test the scanner and the xp machine without ascent?
