Can I get a sent video to autoplay?

I'm trying to play a prank on my friend where I send a loud video to him through discord (although I can work w/ emailing if need be) and it autoplays so as soon as he opens discord (or the email) it plays. Is this possible?

Usually stuff like that is disabled on purpose for that exact reason too likely to be abused
