For an external setup like you mention similar to the Zalman, there really don't exist any out of the box solutions.
Something you can do is make a "radbox" to house your radiator(s), pump, and reservoir and then just run the tubing lines to your case.
One of these would have been perfect however, the guy who created them no longer makes them. But they could give you an idea of what to do.
