Are my temps high?

Abstract, your welcome bro. I wish I had your temps in BIOS. Mine are around 31-32c. Seems to be the same at idle also which is weird but then again my software temp programs are jacked.

Ketchup, Do you have this information anywhere, or know where to find it? I would like to believe but as Abstract pointed out if its not written its just your word against the collective consensus of many techies.

lol I win? well Matt I gave you my suggestion on temps in a PM I really think thats your best bet is to set an offset

or you could try a calibration program

Yeah calibration is not going to work, but I am going to try the offset you suggested. Im getting back on the horse today and OCing the new mobo back up.
