Alternative CPU Cooler

Am looking for another CPU cooler currently have Corsair H50 Water Cooling but this cooler will be needed for my 775 socket rig thats why am looking to another cooler which can really reduce my cpu temp @ 3.7Ghz. I have tried H50 @ 3.7Ghz and the temps are around 60~ but not hit 70. Yet if theres any other good cpu cooler out there which can reduce the current temp which is 60~ can you please link it to me and best fan combination with the cpu cooler that you would recommend.
