Default Air Bubble

How can you tell if your water cooling setup has an air bubble in it? I have the modified Aquagate Mini with the 120 thermaltake radiator and now clear tubing custom sized for my case and after I put it together it seems like there might be air in the system but I am not sure if there is and if there is how would I go about getting it out?
