Default 6870 aftermarket heatsink.

I installed my second XFX 6870 today and unlike my old one it only has one fan so its quite a bit louder. I'd like to get a new cooler for it but I have no idea where to start when it comes to GPU cooling. My max price is $50, if there is a cooler that's a lot better for a little bit more I would be willing to pay a little extra.

I was thinking of either one of these:

Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING ACCEL-L2-PLUS Fluid Dynamic Accelero L2 Plus VGA Cooler for NVIDIA and AMD Radeon

Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING ACCEL-S1-PLUS Accelero S1 PLUS VGA Cooler for NVIDIA and AMD Radeon

Core i7 8700K @ 4.8GHz - Asus Z370-E - Gigabyte GTX 970 - 16GB DDR4 3000MHz - 500GB Samsung 960 EVO - Windows 10 Pro x64
Mid 2014 Retina MacBook Pro 13.3" - 2.6GHz core i5 - 16GB DDR3 1600MHz - 128GB - macOS High Sierra
Sony PS3 & PS4 500GB || iPhone 6s 64GB iOS 11 || Sony a6000

Default Re: 6870 aftermarket heatsink.

I would probably go for something with a little more... Cooling capacity...

Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING ACCEL-TT II Fluid Dynamic Accelero TWIN TURBO II VGA Cooler for NVIDIA and AMD Radeon

I am sure there are better products out there, but two fans would beat a single fan easily in terms of noise/cooling performance. Plus, it has more surface area than the Accelero S1, which means the air can remove more heat more efficiently.
