560ti only 75 percent fan speed

Hello everyone. It has been a while since I have been here. Anyway I bought a 560ti and I read that the bios on the card only let's the fan speed go to 75 percent even though on precision fan control I set it to 100. Why is it? Wouldn't it make sense to have fans on graphics cards go 100 percent?

I need to know how to do this an easy way. I already tried nhibitor along with nvflash but didn't get it. I need somebody to either do it for me or guide me through it. I would REALLY much like to get my 560ti fan to go to 100 percent for my 5 hour gaming sessions a night Thank you so very much for your time and I look forward to speaking with all of you.

Is your card overclocked? If not, shouldn't have to worry about it.

Well. I kind of want it at 100 percent. So, can anyone help me out here how to get it to 100 percent? Thanks
