I have a lenovo x200 tablet with windows 7 enterprise x64 it takes way to long to shut down.anyone else have this problem? any suggestions?

Well, that slims it down...
It is most likely programs that are trying to end and unsuccessful.
Try hitting run on the start menu, press run. type msconfig. go to the startup bar. Try taking off anything that you do not need or do not know what it is.
Try Ccleaner and Malwarebytes to remove temporary files and malware.
