Where can i get an ebay-style online html editor?

Im sure you guys have seen the html editor provided on ebay. The one where the user is able to create their listing without typing the html directly, but by using the buttons on the top of the text box, such as bold and italics.

I need this feature on my website. Does anyone know where I can download the code for this feature or can give me any tips on how to create such a feature.
