dont know if this belongs in this forum or the job/certificate one.
Im thinking of doing MCAD as i want to be a programmer i have used director/longo and javascrip and a bit of vb at uni.
What would people recomend i do for the MCAD C#.net or VB.net
id have to learn them from scratch more or less but which do u find easyest.
thanks Matt

C# no questions asked. Technically they're pretty much equal functionality wise, and the tests are the same, but you'll really thank yourself for going with C#.

C# because they are almost exactly the same with the introduction of .NET

So the only differences are syntactical, and C# is more like C/C++/Java so in case you would need to learn those you would be better off.

erm C#, wouldnt bother with VB unless you already know it. .NET has brought new life into VB but i dont see it as something that is worth learning. If you already know it you may as well use it but C# opens far more doors. It is basically Java with a bit of C++ thrown in so by learning it you are also giving yourself a pretty good understanding of C++ and Java, where as VB...
