PHP Blog software

I'm trying to make some kind of blog software and I was wondering what I can do to allow the editing and deleting of entires after they have been posted. Also, how to make a new page after a certain amount of posts exist, I know how to get the conditions, but not like create new page or something.

If you're trying to do it flat-file, it's going to be a lot harder than with SQL. If you're using SQL, use UPDATE command to edit, and then you also don't have a problem with creating new pages.
