Need a python book.

I'm currently in the process of learning python (Which i really enjoy by the way) And i would like a good book to help me. It has to be under $40 USD and it has to be simple enough for a complete beginner has to be able to understand it. Any recommendations would be great

Less than $40, and complete beginners can understand it.
