Music Url From My Computer

hey everyone, i was wondering.. how do i get a music url? like if i have a mp3 on my computer how do i use it for lets say.. myspace or xanga?.

upload it just like any other file? that is.. if they allow FTP file uploads.. most free service doesn't allow it, you have to use their web interface.. though, somehow, get it to their server and point link to it just like you would point to any other file
