Since it seems that the main spam plugin we used here is never going to be updated to the current incarnation of vBulletin I am going to put out a call to those who know how to code for vBulletin 4+.
I have the file(s) for said plugin and can send them along (two 3KB XML files). I need someone who can take it and update it to work with the current version.
