IFrame Help Quick

i'm having trouble setting up an iframe in an html document.

it works and all, except its just a small bar in the middle of the iframe, and was wondering how i can resize it to fit the whole area it did without the iframe

lol sry about my grammar kinda frustrated and tired hope you understand

i think the easiest thing would be if I sent it to someone and they took a look at the code, because a friend did it and it may be messed up, if anyone is willing to help it would be appreciated

this is what I have now, see when I added the iframe, it left that white space, how would i make it cover the entire area

You can use the width and height attributes of the <iframe > tag. But show us the code and we could better help.
