HTML Picture link in own sized browser

I want a link that will open an image in it's own browser, but I want the new browser to be resized to fit the image with "Maximize" disabled. How can I do this?

Javascript. Search google for it and you'll come up with some good tutorials.

This is a Javascript command. It takes parameters that allow u to choose the size (which can be image size), disable menubar, maximize etc.
