Hey guys I was wandering if you knew how to make a buisness site?. Alright for starters, let me tell you like what I know.


HTML
Basic XHTML
How to work with frontpage and dreamweaver. - a little.
How to upload it to a host.


What I don't know is lets say i make a bunch of forms that look like this for example:

First Name:

Last Name:

Product Number:

Adress:

Etc:


when people are all done and they hit submit, how do i recieve that information and stuff? Like i just dont understand how it works ><


how I can make a shopping cart thing like on newegg.com? basically how do I program my own site like newegg.com? what do I need to know and learn?

you will need to learn PHP and then to store the information MySQL. i personally know the language and it is really quite simple.

As said, you will need to know PHP and MySQL in order to create any modern website.

Or, you could just hire someone to do it. I know PHP and MySQL pretty good myself (I'm a professional coder) but still I don't always want to spend a lot of my time for some projects, that's when I hire someone else to do the job.
