Help need a little help please about the property pages and wizards in .net

hi...
need a little help from your side if someone could guide me for the support of wizards or property pages in .net framework class library because i have searched in the whole MSDN but there is no clue of property pages and as far as wizards are concerned the only thing in the whole MSDN related to the wizards is Interface IDTWizard and that has the namespace EnvDTE which is not present in the .net framework class library....
so please if some one could help me out of this chaos about property pages property sheets and wizards implementation in .net framework...
