Help with Flash Video CS4

I went on flash CS4 and created a video player with buttons that came with the video player. When I export the file it give me two files. The video and the button control file. I also, click publish on the flash program to get the sorce code so I could put it on an HTML page. The video comes up but there are not play and pause buttons???

What did I do wrong?

I have just got the program today and never used it. So please give me direction easy to fallow
