ftp in apache

i really don't know exactly what you mean, but if you wanted to access ftp on your computer, you would need to install an ftp server to be able to access it. you could do a google search for an ftp server for whatever operating system you're using....good luck.

You can do FTP functions with PHP. It's pretty nifty, and I think thats what hes getting at.
