Excel forumla help please

hi peeps

was wondering if some bdoy could help me with the following please.

i have 5 different type of file transfer speeds, for example 0.056mpbs, 0.0256mpbs and 3mbps.

I need help with a forumla that will calculate how many seconds each speed with take to download a file of 2gb.

Would anybody be kind enuf to help please. I am not big on excel so not sure.
