in ur visual studio ide
click on project once u click on project select copyproject then u will cwindow in that
in destination project type ex http://localhost/Saudibase/httpdocs/
but u msut have the folder in ur project then
web access method click on file share n type
ur folder path ex:d:\inetpub\wwwroot\Saudibase\httpdocs
in copy option select only files needed to run the applciation
then press ok it will copy necesssary files into that folder u
now can copy this file upload using ftp or if u have acccess direclty to ftp server then in desitination project type that url which is given by the host
