CSS Sheets on desktop app

quick question.

was wondering if it is possible to use a CSS Sheet on a desktop application and if so how do i use it?

was trying to make an app but want to keep all pages similar and i have a css sheet made.

Normally a consistent appearance is handled by something called the "look and feel" but I have heard of something like this in done in java and will try to find out about it if you want, what language are you using?

that would be great of you can help me out friend. I am using Visual Studio C#.NET

im going to have a few pages and would like one layout for all the pages but not 100% sure how to do it.

Can't seem to find it now, and it is for java anyway. TBH though this isn't the way I would do it even if I knew how. Stick to normal toolkits like swing.

I am using Visual Studio C#.NET

I take it you're using WinForms? If you use WPF, you can define a style for all pages/windows in XAML.
