I've recently returned to college and we are currently studying Binary which i have managed to get a grip of. However we now are doing binary floating point and have been asked to convert a decimal number of 32 to binary floating point using a a 6 bit mantissa and a 4 bit exponent. Anybody like to tell me where the **** i start with this!
