Automatically send a custom email message when someone fills the form and submits

Hi,
I am looking for a script (I think php will do the job) that will send an automatic email message that contains a table with text(preferably HTML) to the specified email address of the user who fills in the form and submits...

The form will have: "Enter your email and press submit to have the recent pricelist sent to your inbox"

Any help is much apreciated
