autoexec.bat scripting help

hey everyone I could use some brief help in scripting an autoexec.bat

I am using a flashdrive and I would like to have an autoexec file that changes the icon for the drive to an "file.ico" on the root directory, I also want to keep the current drive letter assignment but also have a fake/clone drive letter assigned to it of "X:" seen it done just don't know how exactly.
