Hi everyone. My college is having is annual tech fest Innovision. I have made a site for my college http://www.innvi.com . Please check out the site and give me your reviews.

I would also like to bring into your notice the mega events i am organizing. My event is Sponsered by Microsoft Corp. It has two parts first a web development competition and the other being an open software competition.

Visit http://www.innvi.com/dotnet.php for more details. The details about the web development competition can be seen at http://www.innvi.com/web.php and for the open software competition http://www.innvi.com/construct.php
The Construct (open software comp) is predicted to have participation from even outside India as its completely online.
The WINNERS go DIRECTLY TO THE SECOND ROUND of IMAGINE CUP. Imagine cup is Microsoft backed comp in .net tech for people worldwide.

Looking forward to your reviews and participation. Please do give reviews of my site atleast.
I can be reached at webmaster@innvi.com and webweaver@innvi.com for any queries pertaing to the above events.

You'd think people would eventually realize this is SPAM. It's the 3rd post in like two days...You people need to start reading before you post, this stuff just gets deleted and cloesd.

I am sorry you think of this as spam. I have got no personal thing with the site!!! ITS MY COLLEGE's site. I was hoping someone would rather tell abt fallacy in my design so that i can learn more.

And that .net thing. Winners get 35000 bucks and AN ENTRY INTO SECOND ROUND. DO u know how big that is? .net is not yet popular so i decided to put it here. I am sorry.

I am sorry for all ppl who realize this is spam as they did not see the point and only thought i was advertising myself.

I may have gone off on you a little hard, simply because there have been so many spammers lately. So for that I appologize.

Also I didn't understand why you only gave people 11 days to write their applications. That seems a little rushed, when I made a piece of software for one the companies I work for it took me several months to write clean, workable, good code. And it was only a small application. I just don't see how people are going to get an application in on that time frame.

I agree with you that a lot of time is required. But the fest is being held at a short notice of a month.
After the IIT's in India, our college is supposed to be the biggest. So we need some govt permissions which were denied. But now we have the go ahead.
We are targetting people who already have made a S/W earlier which they can submit.
