API Reoccurring Tests and Monitoring?

Is anyone using a tool to run constant reoccurring tests on their APIs? I stumbled across API Performance Monitoring, Testing, and Analytics and it seems pretty legit.

Anyone use anything like this?

Do you mean like Automated Unit Testing? Visual Studio has this built in - haven't ever really used it, though.

More looking for something to constantly ping my APIs and let me know when they go down before my Users start alerting me. Would also be nice to get some real data on the Latency and Availability. Help my Sales People out a bit...
