Any good 2d game engines with JavaScript compatability?

Are there any good 2d game engines that you can compile games <30mb? I prefer it to have JavaScript compatability so I won't have to learn as much. I can't use unity cuz a blank compiled game goes way over 30mb. I want the engine to have a proper game creation application where I can just drag and drop sprites. I also want it to have a large community with a lot of documentation. Anything?
