Adobe FrameMaker devloper book

Does anybody know hwere I can get a print copy of Adobe's Structure application developer's guide that comes in PDF form with FrameMaker. If one doesn't exist where can I get a book (of less than 600 pages) that is as useful. I need one ASAP.
