iT'S ANALYSIS HOW THE PROTEIN folds... basically how it evolves and what triggers it to form deseases and what not.

It is analyzing the proteins. Each WU is a tiny portion of one, but all the different people Folding make up more than several super-computers.

You do realized that's 6 racks of x4 940 rigs, with 4x GTX 295s in each motherboard powered by a CM 1250w each? The video cards are what make it REALLY expensive though. Alone, they are between 12-13k.

EDIT: Not to mention the 6 core contacts, 6x 2gb kits of RAM, and the rackmount switch.
