I'm learning by trial and error.

after i put in the user PW my directions say to type "GkSui20 -configonly"

thats where I get stuck. Is there something else I should be typing first?

Whats gksui20?

If you run -config or -configonly flag along with the .exe it'll bring up the info stuff where you put the team and user stuff.

Add big units and at gthe very end and the flag.

Or easy way too, make a shortcut to the exe, but at the end of the target path out side the quotes, add -smp

D:\Folding\6.23\fah_623.exe -smp

Cool.. The easiest is to setup notfreds in vmware, but that too has issues.
