for decent WC, you need to build your own system by buying pump, blocks, radiator(s), tubing separatly, and putting it together, leak testing for a while, then installing it in your PC.

if you are indeed cooling a QX6700, you will need a very good block with triple radiator, with 3x 120mm fans mounted to that. WC isnt as quiet as people think.
