Zalman or thermaltake

I want a new heatsink fan combo for my amd 64 3000. But with my asus mobo there is a weird way to install the zalman should i go with this thermaltake http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106061
or this zalman http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835118115.

Feel free to sugest anouther type of heatsink/fan
