Default Zalman HeatSink for OC'ing???

Would this be a good heatsink / fan for oc'ing my build below???

Yes, but there are a few that are better....

For example:

More expensive but much better

If you're spending that much on a heatsink, than I agree with gurusan on the Tuniq.

I'm watching one now on an auction for roughly $30.00... Would it be worth it at that price?
Will it help me get higher oc's?

higher oc's is an understatement when using Turniqs

It may or may not help you get a higher OC.....you never know with these things.

Another good cooler for the money is the "Thermaltake Big Typhoon VX"....google it as I don't think newegg sell it.

I wouldnt buy a used one...you never know what kind of crap the previous owner could have done....more realistically, he may have used a crappy thermal paste...etc... there are alot of things that could be wrong with a used tower....IMO
